The goal of the Association is to promote the improvement in the quality of life and defense of the right's of people infected with HIV or AIDS as well as to support indirectly affected individuals (family, friends and community).
The strategic objective of the Association is to be able to increase local, national and international efforts in favor of HIV/AIDS infected or affected, either directly or indirectly, individuals in order to support them, protect them and provide them with complete care. This is achieved through the following institutional objectives:

To provide medical, psychological and nutritional support and orientation to infected individuals and those that live with them.

To arrange, promote and provide access to treatment medicines and/or recent or modern pharmaceutical products and to adequate medical therapies.

To manage, promote and provide legal, occupational, recreational and cultureal support.

To provide, to the extent that the Association's financial capacity allows, total or partial coverage of funeral costs incurred with the burial of people who die from the disease.
This responsbility will be governed by an internal regulation.
These objectives are carried out through institutional programs comprised of the following action fields:

Information dissemination through general and/or specialized publicaciones,

Promotion of public sensibilization events,

and other related duty.
General Objectives
-
Access to treatment and comprehensive care for all PLWHAnationally without discrimination of any type.

Improve the quality of life of people of any sexual preference, religion, nationality, etc. that are living with HIV/AIDS and those indirectly affected.

Strengthening and empowerment of PLWHA at the national level to improve the leadership confronting the AIDS epidemic.
Specific Objectives

To develop and strengthen a non-governmental organization made up of individuals affected by HIV/AIDS, who are seriously committed to the issue.

Establish an entity involved in prevention, education and public sensibilization activities aimed at tackling, in a comprehensive manner, the problems faced by individuals affected by HIV/AIDS.

To guarantee a greater participation at all levels of individuals affected by HIV/AIDS.
-
To receive public recognition, at all levels, of the established entity which will act as an institution specialized for, and made up by, individuals affected by HIV/AIDS.
