The mission of an organization is by definition its specific and ultimate purpose which distinguishes it from other similar groups and which directs all institutional activities.

The following institutional mission was elaborated with the aid of all Gente Positiva personnel:

“ We are a non-profit association, without political affiliation and with legal personality that promote the improvement of quality of life of people living with HIV/AIDS and related people affected by the disease, without discrimination, through the advocacy of human rights, facilitating access to complete care, in coordination with similar entities. In addition we promote and support political actions that improve the response to the epidemic. ”
